Microsoft finally brings Windows 11 ARM support to Test Base

Microsoft Surface Go 2

Test Base, formerly Update Staging Lab, allows app developers to easily run their applications through the Azure portal and quickly view insights about their apps, including test results, performance metrics, and crash/hang signals. It also gives developers access to pre-release Windows Updates on secure VMs. Today, Microsoft announced that private preview of Windows 11 ARM on Test Base. This will allow developers to test their application for devices running Windows 11 ARM.

Once developers select an ARM64 release for their app test matrix, the app will be automatically tested against the new Windows 11 client ARM64 releases, and they will be notified if there’s a test failure.
