You can now preview Microsoft Stream videos in OneNote

Microsoft Stream is an enterprise video sharing service that is available as part of Microsoft 365 suite. Microsoft today announced that OneNote is adding support for Stream video embeds. With this support, you can play Stream (on SharePoint) videos directly within OneNote. You need not switch to Stream application to play the video.

This seamless integration allows you to stay focused on your notes and maintain your productivity without any interruptions. 

This feature is rolling out to OneNote for Windows Insiders running Version 2306 (Build 16701.10000) or later. 

Here’s how this feature works:

1. Copy and paste the URL of any Stream on SharePoint video. 
2. Video preview will be displayed, and you can play the video within the OneNote app.
