Back in March, Microsoft announced Microsoft 365 Copilot, an AI assistant that will be available across Microsoft 365 apps including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Early this week, Microsoft announced the roll out of Microsoft 365 Copilot Early Access Program to an initial wave of 600 customers worldwide.
At Google I/O yesterday, Google announced Duet AI for Google Workspace, a direct competitor to Microsoft 365 Copilot. Duet AI for Google Workspace is already available in Gmail and Docs for users who are in the trusted testers program. Now, Google is bringing this experience to Gmail mobile to offer contextual suggestions, allowing you to create professional replies that automatically fill in names and other relevant information.
Duet AI will also be available in Google Slides using which you can easily generate images with a few words.
Duet AI in Google Sheets can automatically create custom plans for tasks, projects, or any activity. You can describe what you’re trying to accomplish, and Sheets can generate a plan that helps you get organized.
Duet AI in Meet can generate unique backgrounds for your video calls.
