Microsoft has announced that the Play My Emails feature in Outlook is now available in French and Spanish. With the rise of remote work, people are increasingly managing their work and personal responsibilities while keeping their phones close at hand. Play My Emails has given English and Portuguese speakers the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while staying productive. Now, French and Spanish speakers can also benefit from this feature to make the most of their day.
To use Play My Emails, users must be running Outlook for iOS or Android with a connected Office 365 work account, an Outlook account, or a Gmail account. The feature supports English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish languages. To access Play My Emails, users must connect to a Bluetooth or wired audio device and select the Play icon in the notification appearing at the bottom of the screen. Alternatively, users can open Outlook, swipe right from the left side of the screen to access the side menu, and select the Play icon.
The Play this conversation feature allows users to listen to all messages in a specific email thread. To utilize this function, users can tap the triple-dot icon at the top of the screen to open the drop-down menu and select Play Conversation.
