The new AI-powered Bing now allows 10 chats per session and 120 total per day

Bing AI chat tone

Following user feedback, Microsoft is slowly reducing the limitations on the new AI-powered Bing. Last month, Microsoft imposed a limitation of 5 chats per session and 50 total per day. Today, Microsoft announced that the new Bing now allows 10 chats per session and 120 total per day. Also, the normal searches are not counted against your chat totals.

Microsoft recently introduced a new feature through which you can choose the tone of the responses. This new feature will allow you to choose the tone of the Chat from more Precise – which will focus on shorter, more search focused answers – to Balanced, to more Creative – which gives you longer and more chatty answers. If you want to focus on accuracy and avoid hallucinations, you should set the tone as Precise.

The new AI-powered Bing delivers better search, more complete answers, a new chat experience and the ability to generate content. The new Bing is available now in a limited preview on desktop. You can try sample queries and sign up for the waitlist to get full access. If you are on waitlist, you can get ahead in the line to access the new Bing faster by following the steps mentioned here.
