Microsoft announces new AI features for Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder

Microsoft Power platform AI features

Along with the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft today also announced new AI features for Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder.

Microsoft Power Virtual Agents is getting the new Conversation booster feature that can allow you to create bot for company-specific resources with few clicks. This bot can start answering questions with no additional authoring. You just need to point the bot to the publicly accessible URL.

Microsoft also announced that AI builder now brings support for Azure OpenAI Service allowing citizen developers to use a new low-code generative AI model and templates with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps.

Both the features are available only in English US language for now. Create text with GPT model in AI Builder will be available via a limited preview soon. But the conversation booster feature in Power Virtual Agents is experimental, and its accuracy and relevance cannot be guaranteed.
