Multiple Microsoft 365 services including Microsoft Teams are down for users around the world. Microsoft confirmed the outage as well. Microsoft identified a potential networking issue and is reviewing telemetry to determine the next troubleshooting steps.
Apart from the below Microsoft 365 services, even some Azure services are affected by this change.
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Graph
- Exchange Online
- Outlook
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
Users may not be able to access the above services if it was delivered from affected infrastructure.
Update:
Microsoft has rolled back a network change that they believe is causing impact. Microsoft is now monitoring the service as the rollback takes effect.
