Early this month, Google announced that it will have a #MadeByGoogle event on October 6th at 10am ET. Google is expected to announce Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 smartphones, and Pixel Watch at this event. Google mentioned that the Pixel 7 series will set a completely new standard for photography, performance and design.
Today, Google posted a teaser video for the upcoming Pixel Watch. Pixel Watch is the first smartwatch from Google (ignoring Fitbit lineup). As you can see from the above teaser video, the Pixel Watch will have a gorgeous industrial design with Gorilla Glass covering the entire front of the watch. There will be a mechanical crown on the side as an additional input mechanism for this smartwatch. Users can also easily swap their strap based on their preferences.
The Google Pixel Watch is expected to start around $349.99 and will be available in the US in October. The LTE model will start at $399.99. Google Pixel Watch model will be offered in Black/Obsidian, Gold/ Hazel, and Silver/Chalk color options. While the LTE model will be available in Black/Obsidian, Silver/Charcoal, and Gold/ Hazel color variants.
