Microsoft Teams will soon allow you to play music to callers on hold

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams allows you to transfer your one-on-one calls to others. Microsoft has now confirmed that Microsoft Teams will soon allow you to play music to callers on hold, similar to how we listen to random music during our customer support call wait times.

When a call transfer is initiated, music can be played to callers on hold. This feature will be coming to Microsoft Teams on the web, desktop, and Mac.

Microsoft also announced a new feature that will allow you to easily leave a Teams meeting. When a Teams user joins a meeting using multiple personal devices, when they leave the meeting, they might forget to leave the meeting on one of their many devices. This upcoming feature will allow such Teams users to leave a meeting from all their devices with a single click.
