Microsoft Windows 11 camera app

Microsoft today released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25182 to the Dev Channel. This new Insider build comes with an updated Camera app for ARM64 devices and a minor update for Microsoft Store that improves app browsing experience.

With the latest update (Version 2022.2207.29.0), the Camera app can understand the state of the privacy shutter on supported hardware, like the Microsoft Modern Webcam or the integrated camera on new laptops. In case the shutter is blocked, Camera app will now offer guidance for users to slide the shutter. Also, with native Camera app on Arm64 devices, you can experience faster and better performance when you use the app.

The latest Microsoft Store update (version 22207.1401.x) now allows you to view screenshots in search results to help improve your browsing experience. Finally, you can now install games directly from the Microsoft Store app, instead of switching to Xbox app for games installation.

This Dev Channel Insider build also comes with several bug fixes. You can read the full list of bug fixes below.
