Ahead of the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase this Sunday, Microsoft today made several Xbox related announcements.
First, Microsoft will bring the ability for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to play, from the cloud, select games they already own or have purchased outside the Xbox Game Pass library.
Second, the Project Moorcroft program will bring new, curated demos of upcoming games to Xbox Game Pass members. The program will begin rolling out within the next year.
Participating developers will be able to see how their demos perform, and be compensated.
Microsoft also announced that is expanding Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) to players in Argentina and New Zealand. With this availability, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members in Argentina and New Zealand can play hundreds of games from the cloud on Apple and Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles, and Smart TVs.
