Microsoft Power Apps

At Build 2022, Microsoft today announced a new capability that can automatically generate low-code Power Apps from images and design files. Microsoft claims that Microsoft Power Apps can convert a hand drawn app into a working app within seconds.

The new Express design capability uses Azure Cognitive Services object detection models to convert an image of an app into a working app. You can just upload a Figma design, PDF, PowerPoint, paper form, screenshot of a legacy UI or a picture of a hand drawn app. A working app with a UI and data schema will be available within seconds.

Check the inputs, switch on your data connectors and your app will be ready to go! Simply add more screens by uploading and converting new content and files.

Along with this new Power Apps capability, Microsoft also announced the technical preview of the new Power Virtual Agents 2.0 experience that unites the Azure Bot Framework Composer’s pro-code capabilities with the simplicity of Power Virtual Agent’s low-code platform.
