Microsoft Teams has a native application called Approvals that lets you easily create, manage, and share approvals within Teams experience. Microsoft has now announced a couple of new improvements for the e-signature approval experience in Teams.
First, DocuSign users can now select sign, view and cc when creating new e-sign approval requests. While the recipients with the viewer role must view the document, the CC role allows you to view it if you want to.
Second, Microsoft is improving the login and logout experience for e-signature approvals. With this improved experience, users will only have to sign into their e-sign provider account once every 30 days. Users can also logout of a particular e-sign provider account.
Both the improvements will be available this month in Microsoft Teams Mobile, Desktop and Web clients.
