Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services offers unified customer profile with 360-degree view of data, self-service mobile tools to streamline customer onboarding, financial summaries at your fingertips to drive engagement and more.
Until now, Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services were only available in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Microsoft today expanded the availability to Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand and Switzerland. Also, the services are now available in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish languages.
In addition to the expanded availability, Microsoft also announced the following new improvements:
- Intelligent Appointments (new, in preview for US and UK) enables quick set up of virtual or in-person meetings that easily and quickly matches the customer’s financial needs with a relevant advisor who is skilled, available, and ready to offer meaningful interactions.
- Banking contact center (updated, in preview for US and UK) manages customer communication over multiple channels
- Customer intelligence (currently generally available) unifies accurate customer information across multiple sources through Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
