Over the weekend, Microsoft released a new Skype Insider build (8.82.76.403) with new improvements and features.
To help consumers who have friends and family in Ukraine, Microsoft Skype now allows you to make free phone calls to Ukraine. This feature is enabled on all platforms where Skype is supported. Yes, calling from/to Ukraine are free. Microsoft Skype is also supporting Ukraine through the following non-profit organizations.

- Slovak Človek v ohrození
- Code for Romania
- Hungarian Red Cross
- Czech Člověk v Tísni o.p.s.
With this update, you can now translate your Skype and phone calls from/to the Ukrainian language. Also, Microsoft has added “Support Ukraine” emoticons: on all platforms. (ukraineheart) (ukrainehandshake) (ukrainepray)
On Skype for Android, Google Play In-App Billing System can be now used to purchase Credit, Subscriptions and Skype Numbers.
